Month of Love!

Woohoo! Well, I'm in love 24-7, 365. With someone or something for that matter. My hubby, kids, family, photo, camera gadgets, tv shows, shoes, ideas...SOMETHING. I actually use the expression "I love it" at least once a day. For real, I do. Anyways, I decided to try my hardest to blog every single day in the month of February about the things I love, and maybe a little bit of my random day. So, today I begin with THE MAN OF MY DREAMS. The LOVE OF MY LIFE. MY BABIES DADDY! MY SUGAR DADDY!(I could just go on, and on, about this guy, I should stop lol). You guys get it, I LOVES ME MY IRVING! I enjoy spending time with my husband. He makes me laugh. He makes me think. He helps me reason. He makes me feel sexy. He encourages me. He believes in me. He completes and compliments me. He is a wonderful example for my kids and I and I 'm truly proud to call him my husband. I LOVE HIM!

Lie To Me...

Oh my my, I have added a new favorite to my favorite TV shows. Okay, so I don't really watch much TV. Don't have much time, however, I faithfully record on my dvr HEROES...love love love that program. I don't watch in front of the kiddos though, bit graphic if you know what I mean. Now, add to that list, LIE TO ME. Has anyone seen this program? It's awesome. Its basically a program about scientist who specialize in facial expressions and can tell what emotions your feeling according to your body language. It is so interesting, and at the same time, has it's humorous moments as well. Plus, it's slowly developing a story line. I love it. Check it out if your looking for another program to follow. If you do, let me know what you think and ask questions if you're lost...I've been watching since the beginning! It's Wednesday nights after American Idol, 9:00pm (fox). Hasta horita!

Yes, today is the birth date of Mrs. "did you see his bone sticking out"! Yup, that's the kind of friends I have, and I wouldn't trade them for the world! Mizz Pura is a funny as heck chick. Very giving and spontaneous person and I love that about her. May God continue to bless you with that sense of humor of yours cause you makes me laugh! I love you to pieces girlfriend! Hope you have a wonderful day...muah!

No more promises...

Truth of the matter, I started the year with an unexpected project that took a whole lot of my spare time. Good news...I'M SO DONE WITH THAT PROJECT. Bad news...I wasn't able to spend the time I really wanted on my photography blog. I'm still working on it. There's lots of things I'm researching cause I want to get it just right. My spare time is usually after the kids are in bed and well, by that time my eyes are crossed due to the overwhelming days a mom goes thru and, it's hard reading cross eyed. Have you ever tried? Not cute. So anywho, I'm back on track with that but...I'm not promising anymore dates. Just stay tuned.

Onto real life, guess what happened to me today? Our church had a health fair and there was a blood mobile. I had already planned on giving blood so I was siked. I ate some food, chatted a little before donating, then gave my blood. Well, Margie has a small history of fainting when it comes to giving blood but, the last 2 times she gave blood, she was good (within 4 months both times). So yes, after giving blood, my happy self got off the chair-bed thingy majiggy, worked her way to the front of the bus for her free chips and drink. I was talking with some friends when I started feeling a little light headed. I tried to ignore it. I tried to keep talking but, a friend of ours walked into the blood mobile thingy majiggy with an UBER nasty scrape on his arm (caused by a doom buggy accident mind you). Ok...it wasn't a little scratch, it was really bad. FYI, Margie doesn't do to well with nasty, funky, goowy, scrapes, cuts, or anything in between. Margie was going down! I so felt it. I tried to make my way past him ASAP. I was trying to make it to my husband, which was outside the blood mobile thingy majiggy, about 15 yards away. I made it...but not much further than that. He took me inside the church, layed me on some chairs, raised my legs, and fanned me for a good 10 minutes. I hate it when that happens! My macho is so good to me though.( I love you babe! You're a hot paramedic! You're family on the other hand is not so cute)! His cousin (you know who you are!) came in just to laugh in my face. I tell you...no respect! And his wife...just fueled the flames! "Did you see his bone sticking out Margie" Not a cute scene!! (There were no bones sticking out)!

All in all it was fun, not the passing out part, the bonding part. We have a great group of fun people at our church (mostly family, somehow we're all related). At any rate, shout out to all those who donated blood. I heard there were 21 donors which is very good according to the organizer dude. If you donated blood today...leave a comment!

I'm a loser!

I haven't even had a chance to wish everyone a Merry Christmas nor a Happy New Year. Hubby has been on vacation and it has been non stop of pure family time...love it! I know I wrote that I'd have my photography blog up and running by January 1st but, life i just happening. My new deadline is 1-15-09...maybe sooner. Need to finish all my session editing and design the blog just right! See you soon!

Happy Birthday BFF (Emily)

Today is my dearest best friends birthday, Emily! She is my favoritest gal ever. She and I just click and I consider myself so privileged to have her in my life. We've known each other forever but we became very close during some difficult times in each others lives and well, the rest is history. Going on close to 10 years of being besties, I must say she makes my life brighter, funnier, emotional, funnier, better, funnier, and did I mention funnier? She really is a funny girl (can I get an amen from those who know her)? There's never a dull moment when we are together (especially now that we're moms). We finish each others sentences, cry together, laugh together, act like we're fighting in the supermarket (or anywhere else for that matter lol), tap people we don't know on the shoulders and act like we never did (okay, so that's more her and Irving who get a kick out of that, and they're pretty good at it too lol), and so many other special, fun, and immature things that we do that make our friendship over the top and just plain wonderful! We should grow up but...why? She even married my husband's cousin just so that our kids could be related! JUST KIDDING! (She really married you for love Lex)! Anyway Emmi, I love you more than this silly little blog can ever express to you. Hope you have a wonderful birthday and may this 28th year of life bring you more beautiful and special moments.
